These Terms explain the rules for using the Refstack MVP. By creating an account or using Refstack, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Refstack

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The information you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity through your account.

2. What Refstack provides

Refstack lets you create one personal page for referral links, promo codes and recommendations. You control whether your page is a private draft or publicly available. The core service is currently free to start. Any future paid feature will show its price and additional terms before you choose it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve Refstack. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain temporarily in backups or must be retained by law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish your text, images, links and other content. Public content may be viewed, shared and indexed by search engines.

4. Referral offers and disclosure

You are responsible for keeping every offer accurate, lawful and consistent with the relevant provider’s rules. Clearly explain any benefit you may receive when someone uses your link or code. Refstack may display a standard referral disclosure, but it does not replace your responsibility to make any disclosure required by law or a provider.

Referral programmes are run by independent third parties. Refstack does not guarantee that an offer will remain available, that a visitor will qualify, or that a provider will pay or honour any reward. Visitors should check the provider’s own terms before acting.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Refstack to:

• mislead people, impersonate someone, or hide a commercial relationship;
• publish unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, infringing or deceptive material;
• distribute malware, phishing links, spam or content designed to compromise security;
• interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape it abusively or attempt unauthorised access; or
• promote an offer where doing so breaches the provider’s rules or applicable law.

6. Third-party links

Refstack pages link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. A link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with those providers are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Refstack reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue parts of the free service, giving reasonable notice where a change materially affects you.

8. Suspension, deletion and ending these Terms

You can stop using Refstack at any time. To request account deletion, email support@refstack.co. We may restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, the account creates a security or legal risk, or action is needed to protect Refstack or other people. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to resolve it.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party offers, lost rewards, loss caused by inaccurate user content, or indirect or business losses arising from use of the free service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will update the date above and give reasonable notice of a material change, for example on the site or by email. Continuing to use Refstack after the change takes effect means the updated Terms apply.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local UK courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
